Loop Trolley construction begins this Monday, March 23 with installation of a permanent roundabout at Trinity Ave. and Delmar Blvd., at the Lion Gates in University City.

Phase I of this 12-week project includes demolition and construction on the north side of the new roundabout. Phase II will complete the south side of the roundabout. Each phase is expected to last about six-weeks.
